I was charged twice USD 0.99 during the so-called “free trial,” and there is a risk of weekly charges of USD 20.99. Cancellation is practically impossible: neither of the two support emails (brainaiapp or cleverside) responds, and the cancellation bot does not work (blank page). I had to block my card to stop the charges and I still don’t know if they will try to charge me again. There are many similar complaints here. Do not use this app.

These scammers are exactly as others have described. There’s no easy way to cancel on their website or app. They don’t reply to cancellation emails, and despite my cancellation back in August, I’m still being charged $20.99 each month. I didn’t authorize any further charges after cancellation. I plan to complain to the relevant authorities. This app could have been great, but they chose to act unethically. Avoid it; the ads make it seem better than it is. Consider this a warning!
