Caution! I submitted a review on October 21st, and they replied on the 23rd saying they would get in touch with me soon. Now it's December 3rd, and I still haven't heard back. I've also emailed them five times requesting contact, but there has been no follow-up.
I wanted to address a previous review. It mentions that all reviews are from people currently in the program, with none from those who have actually received payouts. I've been observing this company since 2022 and noticed similar patterns. The contract states they can change terms at any time, which raises questions about their request for referrals. If they were truly paying off mortgages, they wouldn't need to pressure for referrals. Additionally, their signup process seems to discourage negative feedback.
I'm curious if anyone has actually received a grant from this service. Most reviews are from individuals who signed up but haven't reached the grant stage. A relative joined over two years ago, paying $100/month and one mortgage payment upfront. While payments were made correctly, they were instructed to pay the mortgage directly a few months back. Now that the two years are up, new terms require two referrals for the grant. It's questionable how a contract can be altered in this way. My relative continues to pay $100 monthly to qualify, but can't access the grant until two referrals sign up.
This service has been a tremendous blessing. I’m grateful to have been introduced in 2023. The team is always available to help with any inquiries. I eagerly await my paid-in-full letter and the deed from my mortgage company soon. 2025 is the year to celebrate!
