Extremely disappointed with the product

I was really let down to receive a torn polo shirt right out of the package. Clearly, there was no quality control, and the customer service was unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand that claims to value quality. I won't be ordering again and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone expecting decent service.

Frustrating return experience

I bought shirts without trying them on, and the size was a mismatch. When I attempted to return them, I was told there was no return policy, which is quite ridiculous for a shirt priced at 10,000 PKR.
