Review Time
I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I wanted to return two jumpers in different sizes due to disappointing quality. I completed the online returns process, but I couldn't print a returns label. I've called customer service twice to request a returns label, but received no assistance. They continue to send out catalogues encouraging purchases, which leaves me questioning the integrity of the company. I would advise others to refrain from buying.
I used to frequently purchase from this company, but something has changed. I cannot reach customer service at all—no responses to calls or emails. I have an item to return, and despite contacting them promptly, I am being ignored. The quality of expensive items has declined, and the customer service is now very poor. Please respond!
The company is experiencing significant issues with returns, which means you may not receive your money back. There is no information on their website about this problem. If you buy an item and wish to return it, they cannot provide a returns label due to a situation in the USA. As a result, they are unable to process refunds. They have held my funds for over a month without resolution.
The customer service is appalling. They are refusing returns due to a 'system problem with return labels.' I have been waiting for over a month since my purchase. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Please be aware that items ordered cannot currently be returned. I've been waiting for weeks to return some trousers, but I'm repeatedly told the Returns Portal is down and to be patient. Meanwhile, the company continues to advertise products without honestly disclosing that returns are not possible.
I want to return an item that was significantly below the expected quality. I was informed there were issues printing return labels, which is frustrating given that return shipping costs fall on the customer. It's been two weeks without a promised return label. I feel trapped in the company's ongoing problems and worry that I won't receive a refund for an expensive yet poor-quality dress. I cannot recommend buying from them at this time, despite being a loyal customer in the past.
I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer. I wanted to return two jumpers because the quality did not meet my expectations. I completed the online return process but couldn't print a returns label. After two calls to customer service requesting a label, I've received no assistance. They continue to send out catalogs, but I now suspect the company is operating unethically. I advise against making purchases.
It has been three months since I requested a return and refund for items. I've received numerous excuses regarding customs issues in the USA preventing returns. They advertise a returns policy but seem unwilling to accept items back. This situation is unacceptable. I've been a customer for 30 years, and I believe the company has lost its way.
I've been a satisfied customer for over 20 years. This is the first time I've faced any issues. There was a delay in returning an item and subsequently receiving my refund. However, everything has been resolved, and I received my refund along with an apology for the delay. I own many garments from this company and love them. I plan to order again soon and hope they resolve their issues quickly.
I received the wrong item—a tunic top—after waiting three months for trousers. The package included a label stating it was trousers, yet there was no returns label. I called to request a free return label due to their mistake but had to reorder the original item, which arrived a month later. I've been trying to return the incorrect item for a refund for five months now. I'm told the system can't print a returns label due to issues, and I wonder how long this will take. It's unethical to send out new catalogs without a functioning returns process.

Founded in 1976, Peruvian Connection is a luxury women's apparel brand, offering exceptional, artisan-crafted, globally-inspired designs to discerning customers in the US, UK and Germany.
Peruvian Connection was founded by mother and daughter team, Biddy and Annie Hurlbut. Today, the company continues to be led by our owner and founder, Annie Hurlbut.
Our in-house design team doubles as fashion archaeologists, uncovering historic motifs and patterns from around the world. These historic influences are reimagined into designs that marry global textile traditions with modern, wearable silhouettes.
Our knitwear collections are made in Peru by the same skilled artisans that we have partners with for decades. Many of the designs we create are produced in female-owned cottage industries where wages are higher than the local average and where transportation, food and childcare are often provided.
While our company has grown over the last 45+ years, our original goal remains the same: to offer beautiful, original, artisan-crafted designs in luxurious Andean fibers.
