Very smooth operation. Staff are a tad unfriendly in the office but the bus drivers are so that makes up for it. I use whenever we go away on holiday and will continue to do so, as I said before, it's a great, well run outfit!!Highly recommended!
Disappointed. We have used this car park for years but hadn’t been away the past 2 years or so. This year we had no doubts about who we would use for parking, however, it seemed the carpark had been taken over by ‘maple parking’. You no longer get the small and personal mini bus, rather a shuttle bus which is overfilled and cramped, not even enough spaces for everyone to sit down and there was also not enough room for everyone’s suitcases. The driver was really nice both ways, but staff at reception extremely rude (never had this issue before!) they were not friendly, didn’t smile once. When we returned, I called the number for our pick up, he asked for a booking number, said ‘bus stop 6’ and hung up before I even had a chance to confirm! We were unfortunately delayed by 3 hours (our flight delayed by 3 hours). When we went into reception to collect our keys, the man at the desk abruptly asked us why we were late, that we were expected back at a different time. His colleague next to him sniggered… we didn’t understand what was so funny?! Aside from that, he told us we were due back at 8pm (if he looked at the booking confirmation and our original flight time, he would have seen that he had this wrong.) I even went back and checked my booking where it clearly stated a 10pm return. When booking, we also provided our flight number which previously was always tracked by the company so they were aware of any delays. We have been delayed home before and had no issues. We are so disappointed with the experience and will not return. I have also told my parents, who have also used this company for as long as i can remember, not to return. Such a shame that thissuper company has changed so much now it’s been taken over.
