Just ridiculously easy. Friendly staff. Don’t know if it was just good timing but the bus left virtually just after we checked in with them and when we arrived we walked round to the pick up point and a bus arrived. There were a few other people waiting and they might have waited a while, I don’t know but for it was so smooth.
Stayed here a number of times. Departure check in was simple and we were on the way to the airport in about 5 mins. The timing of the buses is really good, so you never have to wait for long if at all. On arrival at Gatwick I followed the instructions on the ticket. Just missed a bus but 15mins later we were on our way back to the car. Again only about 5 mins to get the car key, a quick chexkover of the vehicle and we were on our way.
