Last time

50 minutes from phone call to getting the keys for our car. Wasn't impressed with who ever answered the call. " DOWN STAIRS, BAY 7 !!!" Wasn't impressed with the ride round the North terminal and was'nt impressed with the service in the key station. Training how to make eye contact, smile and say please and thankyou would be helpful. Despite being off the airport Copall was always worth it because of the quality and speed of service. Now thats gone there are plenty of other options.
