Review Time
This used to be the perfect place to park for peace of mind and efficient parking whilst away. However, prices have increased significantly and when booking online the cost went up by £15 in the time between filling in my details and about to click send and pay. When I rang to enquire why a representative told me this happens all the time. Prices rise and the £15 it went up in the space of 5 minutes was 'relevant'. I found the operative unusually rude and unconcerned and I have been with them for at least 10 years! Alas, time to move on... to another ...Further response following reply from Cophall - we have already booked elsewhere!
Found fir the price I paid the service was not like we had before, the bus idea is not for me, was better being a mini bus, as for coming back waiting 45 minutes then not being able to get on a full bus but wait for another one was a joke, think this will be my last time booking through you lot.
Great drop off at Gatwick but the return took too long. After calling them from customs, we waited over 35 minutes for a bus to arrive. I rang and they said one hasd been - it hadn’t! A further 25 mins to get to the car park and can’t be bothered staff. I’ll not be using them again!
