Have used Cophall park and ride on numerous occasions and have always been fully satisfied. Easy to book, quick and friendly service no matter the time we arrive at desk to hand over car, pick up prompt, just what you need early hours or very late! Can’t praise enough.
The only place we use at Gatwick. Simply park the car and take the short bus ride to the airport. The staff are absolutely brilliant and have helped us out on the occasions where our plane was delayed. The car always comes back in the same condition we left it. Trust these guys 100% and very happy with the service. Used them around 5 times and wouldnt go anywhere else now.
Have used Cophall for many years but since Maple took it over the standard is awful. On 8th May returned from tenerife at 2am. Collected luggage and phoned Cophall who said a coach was on its way. Waited at stop 6 at Gatwick North for over 30 minutes during which time I saw other transfer operators come and go but no Cophall. When it finally did arrive there were over seventy people waiting. The coach was ancient (drivers comment) with very little seating and most people standing. The luggage was loaded by the passengers themselves. The coach left with 10 people unable to get on. I noticed that the capacity of the coach was 58 people although I believe there were more. Maybe I was just unfortunate, but after this experience I will not be using again!!
