I had a fantastic experience with Core Vitals from start to finish. The clinician who came to my home was incredibly friendly and professional — the whole process was quick, completely pain-free, and she managed to find my notoriously difficult veins with ease.The results came back very quickly through the app, which made everything feel seamless and convenient. What really stood out, though, were the follow-up consultations. Dr Sadhia who I met with next was exceptional — so knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely personable. She took the time to walk me through my results in detail and made me feel completely at ease discussing things I’d normally find a bit uncomfortable.I also had a session with nutritionist Aneequa who was equally brilliant. She translated everything into simple, practical steps that felt easy to implement, focusing on nutrition and light supplementation rather than anything overwhelming. I actually discovered that many of the supplements I’d been taking were unnecessary, which alone made the whole experience worthwhile.I now have a clear, realistic plan that I feel confident about, and I’m genuinely grateful to the Core Vitals team — especially my amazing doctor and nutritionist — for their expertise and support. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Really good experience with CoreVitals. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the team were super helpful whenever I had questions. I chose the option to have a nurse come to my home to do the blood test, and honestly that made everything so simple and convenient. The results were clear and easy to understand, and both the doctor and nutritionist were very knowledgeable. The nutritionist I worked with was especially great (Aneequa) and gave me really practical and personalised advice.Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it!!
