Worst customer service

To update this matter the issue is still not resolved. I can only have a black watch not the colour I currently have and cannot get a refund. Now I’m getting zero replies from customer service. Emailed company CEO and completely ignored. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.I have a watch that is still under warranty that has been problematic from very early on. It sporadically charges. Imagine charging your watch for a race the next day and when you go to put it on it's flat. I have requested a refund which according to the consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to and they are refusing. So sorry I did not stick with Garmin.
