The service was profoundly disappointing. They inflated the volume from three cubic meters to six just to increase the charges, and their reliability and punctuality were severely lacking. I strongly advise against using this service. Furthermore, despite paying for insurance, it provided no coverage when an issue arose. Overall, I cannot recommend their services at all. To make matters worse, they employed unqualified individuals who seemed completely out of their depth. Many of them were non-English speakers who wasted time, stood around idly, and displayed rudeness. In summary, I urge others to avoid them. Additionally, the personnel they sent were overweight and physically unfit, struggling to manage carrying items up the stairs.

To make matters worse, they sent completely unqualified individuals who had no business being there. These non-English speakers wasted time, stood around, stared at their phones, and behaved rudely. In summary, steer clear of them. Additionally, they dispatched individuals who were overweight and unfit, unable to manage carrying items up the stairs properly.
On the positive side, they arrived on the correct day, loaded the vans quickly, and moved most of my belongings without losing or damaging anything. They also provided a reasonable number of boxes for packing in advance. However, the overall customer experience was lacking. They arrived much earlier than the scheduled time, and everything felt rushed; from the various timesheets they asked me to sign, it seemed they were racing against the clock. Nobody appeared to be in charge, leading to significant misunderstandings, which one of the workers claimed was my fault for not listening to them. One month later, I still remember a worker who asked to use my restroom, did so without washing his hands, and then resumed handling my possessions. This highlighted the overall lack of professionalism that permeated the day, making the inherently stressful experience of moving much less pleasant than it should have been.
From beginning to end, the entire moving experience was very professional. The representative was in constant contact and answered all questions swiftly. Even while coordinating with the associated moving company in the destination country, he assisted with clarifying details. Exceptional service from coordination, packing, transport, insurance, drop-off, unpacking, and follow-up—all at a competitive price.
I want to express my gratitude to the team for assisting me through a challenging international move. They promptly addressed my numerous questions, helped clarify my options, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even assisting with an issue beyond their contractual obligations. My items arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. Overall, the team was efficient, effective, empathetic, and economical.
The service provided was fantastic. They started just after 7 AM and immediately got to work, displaying great efficiency in handling my belongings. They loaded three trucks within a few hours, had everything unloaded by lunchtime, and completed the job by 3 PM, including reassembling furniture. The team was friendly and professional.
