Don’t waste your money. I ordered a £60 dress from Mars The Label and was really disappointed with the experience. The sizing was completely off, so the dress didn’t fit at all. When I returned it, I had to pay for the return myself and also sort out the shipping label on my own, which I already think is poor for a brand at this price point.

I sent the return over a week ago and have emailed twice asking why my refund still hasn’t been processed, but I’ve had no response at all. The lack of communication and slow refund process is really frustrating. Overall, not a great customer service experience and I wouldn’t order again.

I will not use this service again! They take a long time to process orders, only to reveal that items are out of stock. It's frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this!

Terrible experience. Avoid this company.

I had a dreadful experience with this company. I paid £10 for guaranteed Saturday delivery, but my order didn't arrive until the next day. The items were completely different from what was shown online, and the sizing was way off. There's another company offering similar products at a lower price, and they consistently deliver on time with better quality, so I recommend shopping there instead. Now, I've had to spend £11 to return the items! It's shocking, especially since it's a UK company, and I suspect they might claim they never received the return, given their previous behavior. I've requested a refund multiple times for the delivery fee, but they've ignored my requests. It's alarming that there's no way to contact them when money is involved, and it seems unlikely I'll get my money back. I've seen many others on social media sharing similar complaints about this company and their lack of communication. It's unbelievable how they can take people's money for services they don't fulfill and then simply disregard them. This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and consider shopping elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with My First Order

This was my first time ordering from this service, and it will certainly be my last. I ordered five items but only received one, along with a random spare item I never requested. Now, I'm out £200. Their customer support has been completely unresponsive and has ignored all my messages. There have been no updates, no refunds, and no replacements. The customer service has been absolutely terrible, making this a very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I saved a fantastic amount during the Black Friday sale! I ordered a jacket that had some stitching issues. I reached out to the support team, and they replied within 24 hours! They provided options for an exchange or refund with free shipping. I opted for an exchange, and they sent my new jacket the same day! This was my first experience with the service, and I will definitely order again ❤️
