Had a 25% voucher so worked out best price after checking other websites. I've bought from ZavaMed before so I knew what I'd be getting. Easy enough process. Only reason for the star deduction was delivery was chosen as next day so was supposed to arrive 14th Feb but I never got my order until Mon 16th. Postage is quite expensive - way too much packaging for the size of the item so this could have the ability to be cheaper 👎🏼

I've been using this service for a year and have lost a significant amount of weight. Equally important, I feel supported and can reach out to a doctor whenever needed. The service has been excellent, and the shipping has also improved. I'm truly thankful for the entire experience.
I have had to halt my treatment three times because of issues with the website. My medication was fully paid for, and I uploaded all the necessary pictures three times. Despite this, I received no feedback or action. Instead, I got a message stating that there had been no communication from me and that, for convenience, my medication would not be sent.
I paid for my order, but it has not been delivered for nearly a month, and no resolution has been offered. I have reached out multiple times and received no assistance.
Due to this delay, I am now approaching four weeks without my dose, meaning I will have to restart my treatment process for the third time. This isn't the first time I have encountered these problems, and it is seriously impacting my health and treatment plan.
The process seems like it should be simple, yet it has been made unnecessarily complex at every turn. At this point, I would find it easier to see a doctor in person than to deal with this confusing system. What’s really frustrating is the upfront payment. I filled out an initial questionnaire, answered all the necessary questions, and then I was asked to pay — which I did. €300. Naturally, I thought everything was settled. But then I received another set of questions requiring personal video evidence and photos, claimed to be “private.” Why would I want to upload sensitive images online? It would be much safer and simpler to just visit my local doctor. A more logical approach would allow users to complete all questions first, including any sensitive ones, and then decide if they want to move forward. If not, they should have the option to decline without having already paid. Don’t collect the money upfront, impose unreasonable conditions later, and then return the payment only five days later when the customer decides not to continue. Absolutely unbelievable.
