I always visit the shop in Bath to order furniture as I find them incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.When I ordered the chest of drawers I was not prepared to pay a much higher delivery charge to have the furniture taken upstairs. So when Bobby and Marino offered to unwrap and take away the packaging I was delighted. Then they offered to carry the chest of drawers upstairs for me. What great service.
Morgan & Sonny made the delivery a very pleasant experience. Unpacked it all in the van and carefully carried it upstairs, laid it out on the floor exactly as it had to go, so that all that I had to do was bolt it together. Unfortunately in the manufacturing a bracket had been missed off of the head board, so we had to wait for a replacement, but Morgan looked after this by contacting Customer Service.
Advertised as middle class and specialised, I found that staff didn’t have a clue what size a bed width is, and recently the young staff didn’t have a clue about a full-dress hanging wardrobe. The truth behind the advertising is appalling.
Early morning delivery of chest of drawers. Mark and Dean were bright and very polite. The furniture was professionally and expertly carried up narrow stairs and placed exactly where I wanted it. Lovely furniture and to the boys GREAT JOB - WELL DONE.
Ordered a Wardrobe which we knew that only one of the packages would fit up our cottage access to the first floor. Marlon and Patrick did a great job of getting it up the access and unpacking it. The rest of the packages were left downstairs as requested. Helpful and cheerful and done in a short space of time.
