This is a total bait and switch company! I got taken for roughly $250 buying their "VIKING" garments that looked absolutely nothing like what I received. To call this cheaply made foolishness cosplay would be a compliment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!

I wrote a review a couple days ago about how they refused to refund my money, even though article of clothing they sent me looks nothing like what they advertised on their website. Specially stated in the review that I had been corresponding with their customer service for 5 weeks with no success. Sent photos, multiple emails to them and their response always the same. They would only give me a 30% refund, even though the article of clothing does not like what I ordered from their website. Their response to my review was for me to reach out to their customer service and send photos.
Apparently, these are automated responses when it is flagged as a poor review.
Bottom line.... Buyer Beware of this Company.
Like many other genuine users have mentioned, the items were poorly made and far from what was expected. I wouldn't even use the two hoodies they sent for cleaning up a spill. It's a complete scam. Given the numerous complaints about their customer service, I won’t bother trying to reach out, as I anticipate receiving the same unhelpful automated reply that others have experienced.
The products are stunning. My only concern was figuring out how the measurements were calculated. I ordered the full-length cardigan for my daughter, sister, and myself; we all have different sizes. The bust and sleeve measurements were straightforward. However, I was uncertain about how the length was measured—was it from the neck, shoulders, or waist? I assumed it was from the shoulders, so I'll find out when they arrive.
The clothing designs have a charming medieval fantasy aesthetic, and creating an account was straightforward. I won't provide further feedback until my delivery arrives and I can assess the quality. I'll update the review then. Wishing everyone happy holidays!
I placed an order for several items to compare them with what was shown on the website.... Verdict: Absolutely deceptive merchandise. Even the items advertised as knitted are just poorly printed fabric. The images generated by AI are so inaccurate compared to the actual products that they should be seen as outright fraud. I ordered a large but received something that might fit a 10-year-old who hasn't eaten in a week. Don't waste your money... or if you do decide to order, consider it a donation and try not to be surprised when you receive the package.
I ordered two hoodies in a Viking style, one for myself and one for my spouse, as they looked stunning on the website. They appeared to be beautifully knitted with impressive stitching. However, I was skeptical due to the low price, which seemed too good for a quality knitted hoodie. I was shocked to discover that it was actually a printed image rather than a true sweatshirt hoodie. This has been the most disappointing and wasteful purchase I've ever made. I should have recognized that it seemed too good to be true. I strongly advise others to be cautious with this company, as the product I received barely resembles what was advertised.
I appreciated how easy it was to navigate the website, allowing me to move back and forth between items on different pages without losing my original spot on an item of interest. However, I was somewhat frustrated by the limited number of photos. It would be great to see more than just one image of a model in a clothing listing, apart from the various colors shown in the main photo. For instance, including a side view, a front view, and a back view would enhance the listings significantly.
Your items are fantastic! The way they catch attention and make people curious about their origin is remarkable! That's how I want to showcase myself in public! I often wear many shirts from a certain platform! It's like being a walking piece of art! Just like your products, continue the excellent work!
