Charlie was super helpful and really thorough when finding out exactly what I wanted my new car to be, including millage, age and colour. He took his time to find me the perfect car and I have never I’ve been looked after so well by a sales assistant. Also had a bit of a laugh which isn’t as common these days so was super refreshing! Charlie is a credit to the Seat Blackpool team! 10/10

Frustrating cancellation attempt

I tried to cancel a deposit on the day of payment as another dealer was offering the same car with a service plan and a significant saving. The representative refused to match the price or refund my deposit. I suggest being cautious when choosing where to buy.

Great morning at the dealership
