Review Time
I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes and contacted the company before the items arrived to ask for an exchange. I was willing to cover the return shipping, even using the original packaging, and would have accepted store credit. Despite this, the company refused to offer any solution and responded in a dismissive manner, cutting off the conversation. I understand hygiene policies, but their inflexibility and lack of willingness to assist customers were very disappointing. I will be looking for alternatives, as other brands have been much more accommodating.
I would rate this a zero if I could. I ordered a singlet that looked great online. However, upon arrival, the legs were excessively baggy. When I tried to return it, I was informed that returns were not allowed due to it being an intimate item. I could accept this if the sizing was as promised, but instead, I received a poorly made, oversized item with no accountability. I would recommend avoiding this company and seeking legitimate products, even if they are pricier. Also, they allow reviews but don’t provide a way to leave honest feedback, making all reviews seem fabricated.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. After making a purchase, one of the two items was removed from my order, so I didn’t receive the expected discount. I placed another order with both items and immediately contacted them to cancel the first order. I received no response for three days, and when they finally replied, they claimed they couldn't cancel the shipment as it had already been sent. They offered no solutions and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I do not recommend buying from them and will not be returning.
My first order took some time to arrive in France, but the item was exactly as described—soft and sexy. Unfortunately, my second order got lost. Contrary to what many say about customer service, they responded quickly and offered a refund. I inquired about receiving the same order again, and they agreed to resend it. It arrived yesterday.
Shipping took 11 business days instead of the promised 3-8. This was inconvenient as it was sent to a hotel where I was staying, and it didn’t arrive before I checked out. I emailed multiple times to inquire about the package and to request a cancellation or return, but customer service was very slow to respond and unhelpful. When it finally arrived, I contacted them to offer to return it at my expense, but they refused because it contained one item. The package remains unopened at the hotel, and it would cost over $100 to ship it back to me. The slow shipping and poor customer service have made this experience frustrating, and I will not order from them again.
