I was really skeptical about paying a lot of money for a couple bath towels, but after experiencing the quality and the manufacturing of the cozy comfort towels it convinced me that it was well worth the investment. I can’t wait to try their other products. I highly recommend you try these.
I love the quality of Cozy Earth products. I ordered a Large sweater and it was too big. Cozy Earth exchanged the sweater in a medium size and I absolutely love the size and fit. They sent me my new sweater fast so I could enjoy the item asap.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a robe from them that SHRANK. I measured myself carefully and picked the best size according to their size chart. When the robe arrived, I tried it on and it fit beautifully. I immediately washed it according to their care instructions. Washed in tepid water and tumble dried on low. I put it on after the wash, and it SHRANK significantly. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to make a warranty claim. I made a warranty claim. They asked for a photo of the robe with a tape measure to measure the sleeves. The sleeves are supposed to be 32 inches long, and the photo I sent showed the sleeves to be just over 27 inches. The next day they tell me that my warranty claim is denied. Why ask for proof that it shrank, and then deny me after I show proof??The garment shrank after following the care instructions listed on the site! I now have to PAY to send this back?? This isn't my fault.
I’ve had these towels for two days and washed before I used. One of the towels has already unraveled at the seam. To be so costly, I expect much more! I have not reached out to customer service, which I am sure they will make this right so this review is based on quality.
I love every product I’ve gotten. Everything is high quality and super cozy. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because I can never use my rewards when an item is on sale. If I’ve earned them I should be able to use them whenever. Promo codes also do not work on sale items.
Ordered several men’s and women’s clothing items for Christmas this year and everyone is in love with the quality, fit and feel…score for me! And with the rewards points and available discounts I ordered myself the bamboo pullover crew and performance hoodie, which is so nice I might need another color or two!
I have been so cold lately until I got my CE quilted house robe. I had it on for 10 minutes and I was finally warm. The best gift ever to myself! One more thing I love love the color dusty rose!
