Disappointing experience with sizing and refunds

I ordered a shirt in large, which is my usual size, but it was excessively large. After returning it and requesting a refund, it took two weeks and two phone calls to finally receive my money back. Although their tracking system did not indicate that they received the item, customer service confirmed it when I called. Additionally, they imposed an $11.99 restocking fee, which I have never encountered with any clothing company before. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will not be ordering from this seller again.

Extremely frustrating experience with customer service.

This has been the most frustrating experience I've had. It takes an eternity to reach a live person for customer support. I placed an order last month that hasn't progressed since 11/28, and today is 12/9. The representative I spoke with claimed there was nothing they could do. I'm very disappointed, especially since my order contained Christmas gifts meant for a gathering next week.

Frustrating Website Experience

The company's website is quite frustrating, offering very limited options for online returns. The pants I ordered did not fit properly and weren't among their return options. When I tried the chat feature, the bot directed me back to the website, and the representative informed me about a restocking fee for returns. It’s baffling that an online clothing retailer would do this. I also called for assistance after failing online and via chat, only to be told to return online. It's disappointing, and no one could waive the restocking fee.

Disappointing Experience

When I went online, they offered a minimal refund for my order. I opted for an exchange for their other towels, but they’ve had my returned items for over 10 days, and I still haven’t received my new order. After another long call, I spoke to someone who needed to put me on hold to consult someone else, and then my call got disconnected.

Awful Customer Service

I love their sheets; they are great, and I would be a big fan, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's hard to get in touch with anyone. I returned part of my order, which they confirmed receiving via UPS tracking, but I can't reach anyone to process my refund. The chat feature seems non-functional, and calling just leads to long hold times. When I finally reached someone, they mentioned the warehouse team hadn't had time to inspect my return yet. I asked how long for a refund, but they couldn’t provide an answer. Additionally, their price adjustment policy is misleading. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment for sheets that went on sale within the 30-day period, but they claimed their systems were down. This feels like a scam, and the quality isn’t worth the hassle.

Negative Experience with Charges

I would give negative stars if possible. The company adds a "package protection" fee that is supposedly optional, but customers must remove it; otherwise, it appears on the bill. It took me 45 minutes on hold to get it removed. I ended up canceling my entire order. Very disappointing!

Caution advised! Do not sign up for membership! The claims made are false. 1. 50% off new items—NOT TRUE! 2. Free returns—NOT TRUE! 3. $168 value free product upon joining—NOT TRUE! 4. 20% credit on purchases plus an extra $30 monthly, but you can only get that or the sale price, which is usually lower. I called to express my complaints, and they promised to refund my membership fee. Weeks later, no refund, and they won’t respond to emails or chats, with hold times exceeding an hour. The bamboo products are soft, but similar quality is available elsewhere for half the price.
