Hello.
I am doing this because the product which was a set of sheets were terrible. The sheets were purchased in late 2025 and I have used them now twice. After one use I noticed pills forming over the sheets. My friend and I then did laundry and noticed IN THE FIRST WASHING and drying that the sheets were full of pills and loose threads on the pillow cases as well. I put them away and then I just pulled the sheets this past week to use them again and after two days I had to pull them off the mattress. There are now pulled threads all over the sheets. It was uncomfortable to sleep with all the pills.
I would like a full refund. NEVER have I had bed sheets deteriorate so quickly. I mean, this product is terrible. Especially for the cost. I have written Cozy Earth and received a message stating they will get back to me.
In addition, when I ordered the sheets they seems to have lost my info and the delivery was delayed. So I emailed them enquiring about the sheets. They took almost a week to get back to me if not more. After a few days, I requested we cancel the order. Well out of the blue a day or two later I receive an email stating my sheets are on the way!
Uh, I requested a cancellation and was ignored! Once, I received my sheets, I had no choice but to try them out.
Well, here I am months later and unfortunately, the quality is appalling.
This all honest and true feedback. I would truly appreciate a refund. I have offered to send pictures of the sheets and a statement from my bank with purchase information. I am also available via phone to discuss the matter.
I really don't want a back and forth.

I paid $98 for a product and $58 for overnight delivery. They didn't hand the package to UPS until 5 days after I ordered. A week later, I have neither the product nor my money.
When I called, they blamed UPS — which is a lie. UPS never had the package until day 5. That's a Cozy Earth fulfillment failure, not a UPS problem. The rep refused to leave her script, refused to take accountability, and sent me through a hoops-jumping exercise to even pursue a refund I'm clearly owed.
I paid a premium specifically because quality and convenience matter to me. What I got instead was a failed delivery, a dishonest excuse, and $156 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I wanted the product AND my money — I got neither.
Dispute it with your credit card company if this happens to you. And save yourself the headache — shop somewhere else.
Cozy Earth truly represents affordable luxury with its high-quality bed sheets, women’s clothing, pajamas, towels, and more. Every product feels thoughtfully made and exceptionally comfortable. Their customer service is outstanding, and my experience with them has been better than ever. I highly recommend Cozy Earth to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.
Now that I'm older I'm at the phase of my life where I'm buying things that I really like even though Cozy Earth products are quite expensive. I absolutely love the bamboo sheets and will never go back to sheets I had in my linen closet. I've also purchased a bamboo/jersey comforter which is more like a bedspread. It's soft, cream color and just heavy enough to be comfortable. My favorite products are the sweatshirts and wide leg sweatpants. They are the softest and warmest sweats I've ever owned. Yes they are the most expensive sweats I've bought in my life but I'm always cold so I'm willing to pay more for clothes that keep me warm. I've tried their blankets and struck out twice. One was fuzzy and the oversized cuddle throw was so heavy my husband had to take it out of the box. It also shed so much it looked like I had a shedding dog in the house. So I sent that back. I've also bought their luxe bath towels and waffle bath towels. I love both types equally. I had first ordered bath sheets but they were so huge and heavy I had to return them in exchange for the bath towels. I've completed two returns and encountered no problems whatsoever. Communication was good and the return process went smoothly. I've also bought some of their bamboo lounge shirts and pants. Not a fan of the ankle cuff pants but since they're lighter weight fabric they should work well for me this summer. Since I knew I was going to be a frequent shopper I paid for the annual Cozy Earth membership and have saved quite a bit of money by being a member. I realize this is a long review but I wanted to give an honest assessment of my experiences shopping with Cozy Earth. I love 99% of all the items I've purchased thus far. Great quality items, excellent customer service and expensive. This is my opinion and at my age I sugarcoat nothing.
I had the pleasure of working with Sara today on a technicality and she was nothing short of amazing. Her patience and understanding are something to be recognized. She was also able to assist with an exchange of an item which we love (we returned it for a smaller size). Cozy earth is a wonderful find for us and we’ve (my wife and I) each ordered a couple of times. Some say that the items are very expensive, but the quality is so high that we are proud to be repeat customers. That combined with the level of customer service that Sara provides reassures us that we are spending our money in the right place. Thank you so much.
I am extremely disappointed with how my recent order has been handled.
First, I was unable to complete payment for over a week due to a system error. I later discovered the I finally got through to the customer support team that this was caused by a membership product that is not available to Canadian customers — yet the website allowed it to be added to my cart with no warning. Instead of a clear explanation, I received vague payment error messages which caused unnecessary delay and confusion.
Secondly, after finally placing my order, I waited for dispatch with no tracking information and emails back and forth only to now be told that items shown as “in stock” at the time of purchase are suddenly unavailable. This is unacceptable inventory management and misleading to customers.
When I requested that they simply ship the items that are currently available, I was told the entire order should instead be cancelled “to avoid confusion.” I did not request cancellation — I requested fulfillment of the available items. Cancelling the entire order feels like a way to avoid honoring the original promotion and free gift that were part of my purchase.
This experience is far below what I would expect from a premium brand that is publicly endorsed and widely promoted.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Inflated prices, horrible customer service that is inconsistent and never resolves a problem. 17 emails and still can't get the return correct. High fees for straight returns. I have never had such poor service from a company with such high prices. Will never use again.
I placed my order on 11/28, and it still hasn't arrived. There has been no communication from the company, and my messages have gone unanswered. After 35 days, I reached out again to inquire about the product, only to receive a message stating that the item was out of stock and that I would be given store credit. I usually disregard the most critical reviews, but based on my experience, the way this company operates is unacceptable. I would advise against trusting them with your money.
This service is utterly incompetent with NO ability to address any issues they caused, NO customer support, NO human representatives available for communication to fix their mistakes, and NO capability to fulfill their promises. I attempted to place an order exceeding $1,000, and when I sought assistance regarding a website error, they assured me they would respond promptly. I've followed up seven times but keep receiving the same automated response saying they will get back to me, yet they never do. If I were an investor considering stock in this service, I would steer clear. I've given up on my order—I found the same item at 50% less on another platform, so it's fine with me that they didn't want my business!
I purchased a pajama set on 12/11/25 from the company's website. It was shipped but subsequently lost during delivery. I'm not usually one to complain, but the support team was terrible. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my wife. Even after contacting the delivery service, who confirmed it was lost, the support team insisted I had to wait for a refund. I will not be shopping with this company again. I had a much better experience with another seller, who quickly resolved a delivery issue by sending me a free item!
