Great product HORRIBLE customer service

Great product, HORRIBLE customer service. They refuse refunds even when shipping company shows I returned my sheet set. It’s been a month and they still refuse because USPS must have lost the item. This company gives you a prepaid return label and then takes zero accountability for the shipping company they chose.

Ordered joggers and crew sweatshirts for both sexes of family members and they practically drooled over the softness. They tell me they wash beautifully and everyone is VERY happy with their Christmas presents

Sweat shirt is warm

Sweat shirt is warm, soft and cozy. I did not realize that it had the Cozy Earth logo on the front. I am not a big fan of logo’s on my clothing, but will enjoy the sweatshirt

Sheets I do really like

Sheets I do really like, this is my 2nd set but I do feel they are not as soft as the first set. Maybe it’s just me. I tried the linens style and didn’t like them at all, so I returned them with no issues and was fully refunded. I will buy again but only if they go on a big sale because they are priced too high.

Failed to deliver!

Ordered pajamas; received the top only with no explanation. I reached out and was told high volume, I would get noticed when it was shipped. 11 days past, no notice. Wrote again and was told they canceled my order because it was out of stock. No effort to remedy, just an offer, “If there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.” How about refund me for the top? And wow - Merry Christmas!

Ruined Christmas gift…

Placed an order for a Christmas gift and was never told the item was out of stock. It took me personally reaching out for them to tell me that I wouldn’t be receiving the item and they would have to cancel my order. No problem charging my card but the fact that they never reached out to make me aware of the issue is extremely alarming. Proceed with caution placing any order online. In reply to the reply I received. After reviewing my email and spam folder no email was received 2 days after the order or at all and no update was placed on my account via their website.

Have nothing to do with this disreputable company

However you spend your time today, do NOT have anything to do with Cozy Earth. This is a disreputable company and should be investigated by the FTC. I merely looked into buying a product from Cozy Earth, but I did not. For weeks now, they continue to bombard my cell phone constantly with texts to buy. I block their texts but they slip around and keep on texting without stop. Where is the FTC?
