My experience with Flowwow was extremely disappointing and stressful.
I placed a Valentine’s Day order and selected the option for the shop to contact the recipient and arrange a convenient delivery time. This was never done. The recipient was never contacted and did not receive any flowers at all.
Before delivery, the shop was supposed to send a photo of the actual bouquet. Instead, they sent a generic promotional image clearly taken from advertising, not a real photo of the prepared order.
I tried to contact the shop to provide additional details and ensure successful delivery, but my messages were ignored. Calling the shop was impossible — only an automated system with no option to speak to a person or leave a voicemail.
Despite all of this, a few hours later the order was marked as “delivered,” even though no delivery attempt was made and no contact with the recipient ever happened.
When I opened a dispute, there was no proper investigation or fair resolution process through the platform.
This was meant to be a special surprise for an important occasion, but instead it turned into a frustrating and unreliable experience. Based on this situation, I cannot recommend Flowwow
Got delivered on time, good quality, and let me do an overseas delivery to my partner, but having to go through a phone app, and trying to get updates on your desktop was absolute torture, and I was not getting my verification code sent to either my email or whatsapp to see how it was going before it actually got delivered.
