Their packaging and shipping was fantastic and everything was shipped in good order. I was disappointed in the crabs themselves. I ordered jumbo males that were really light and the meat was good but not great. This time of the year I expected them to be much heavier
Crabs were fantastic!!! The person I was dealing with throughout the process was great and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. The only thing I would recommend is changing how the crabs are packed for shipping. The styrofoam on all sides were cracked from top to bottom and the crabs were cool to the touch and not cold. If delivery had been another hour or so the crabs would not have been safe to eat. These were already cooked crabs. Seems like UPS had their way with the box when traveling and the styrofoam inside the cardboard box was totally destroyed. I will order again and hopefully delivery next time won’t be as bad as my first experience. Can’t blame this on the crab company, crabs were awesome and this was clearly a delivery issue.
