Bought during 50% off sale and free shipping that made the price very reasonable. Quality of the crab has been great on all 3 of my past orders and this time was no exception. Delivery is fast. Packaged very well with plenty of freezer bags. Everything was still very frozen when recieved even though it has been extremely hot.I bought the colossal snow crab this time. Previously I bought the size just under colossal. I didn't notice that much difference. I would buy the large from now on much less costly and still very good size.
Crab Dynasty did a great job! Seafood was delicious. Customer service was top notch! Only issue was the shipping as they did not ship to my home. Had to have a separate shipping point. Waited for a few hours for shipment, the driver threw the box to the front of his truck and smashed the side of the box. Several blue crab were dead and of course inedible.
The crab meat was fresh and delicious. The box it was transported in was slightly damaged in the bottom left side. As a result, some of the crabs were crushed on their head, but that didn’t disturb the meat! I give 4.8 rating. And I will order again. Thanks!
First of all the Styrofoam that the crabs were in was broken open, and when I opened it, the Crabs had old bay seasoning on them. I never asked for obey on my Crabs and the crabs look like they were just thrown in the box when normally they’re lined up very neatly. I was really disappointed this time. I have ordered about six times from you and all but one time was I disappointed, but you took care of the situation. I don’t know what happened because normally you guys are great. My Crabs got here and they weren’t frozen , this time they started to thaw out and the shrimp was almost thawed.

Quick delivery that arrived on-time and still very cold and fresh. The crab size could have been better with half of the crabs on the regular to small size scale (even though I ordered large). Seasoning was on point but many of the crabs were in pieces by the time I opened the package. 3.5 out of 5.
