Crabs and crab cakes arrived as scheduled. They were well packaged and frozen. Both were delicious. We had ordered these before and they did not disappoint. Just as delicious as the last time.On our first order we also ordered cooked jumbo hard blue crabs. These were not as good as we had hoped, they were overcooked and we ordered traditional, we should have ordered vinegar with seasoning. Ou mistake. Will try these again later with the correct cooking method.
I have ordered from here before and loved it. I am a returning customer for sure. But I ordered jumbo crabs made in beer and heavy seasoning. The crabs were cooked perfectly but they were more like large males not jumbo and they barely had any seasoning at all. If fact, I'm a born and raised Marylander, and had a huge old bay container and had to season my own. This time I wasn't overly impressed.
