I’m a blue crab fan and order frequently. The crabs are always cooked well, packed well, and shipped on time. Crab Dynasty is the closest I’ve come to a fresh bushel off the boat and cooked myself. I only get that opportunity once a year or so, since I’m stuck inland, and CD takes care of me the rest of the time.
Heather was great (as were the crabs) and I will recommend your company for similar requests going forward now. What was really outstanding was the packaging; I live in Florida and the box arrived prior to noon and I could not get home until 7p. The crabs were still cold! No one should worry when ordering from your company. You provide a level of customer service that has nearly disappeared from society today. For example, I placed my order too late for the desired delivery date--but not to worry! Heather made two calls to me to offer options, of which I accepted. The quality of the crabs was exemplary. Thank you!
