Ordered a dozen colossal male crabs. When they arrived there were 2 colossal crabs on the top and all other crabs were smaller. When I reported this to them, they wanted to know what size tee-shirt I ordered. This was my first time ordering online and I will never order online again.
First I received a email stating there was none available. I also received an email stating Oder will be rescheduled. So I called and was told it was Ann mallet. So I canceled my plans. I asked for refund he said I should receive refund 2-3 days. However on Friday the cooler of crabs came. I was upset because I was told the order was canceled. I ordered large male crabs. Those crabs was surly small to medium. There were cooked and plans plans was to fry. I felt like I was robbed for the size and nothing was done. I emailed about situation and have not heard from anyone. Never again
The time is right, so the crabs are good. The delivery is on time. I also got more than I have ordered, which is a nice gesture. I am also wondering if I can pick up the package from a UPS sorting center. This way I can get the package earlier. It's important because I was ordering live crab. If your company can help me locate the sorting center of UPS, it will be great.
I thought your company is doing a great job for me being born in Baltimore Maryland sometimes I have a hard time getting crabs but thanks to you it was like having sex and you gave me the crabs they were great the only thing is somewhere a little small and thank you
