My mother had a terrible experience at…

My mother had a terrible experience at one of your venues for her birthday and when she complained was ignored. I later find out about The Enfield Oak incident and I'm pretty shocked. I will not be supporting any company to do with this company. So no more Miller & Cartner which was the only one left that I went to. Toby Calvery was put on the unapproved list a long time ago.

Outstanding Customer Service

Despite the negative reviews i can't give less than 5*, wish i could give 10. Chloe in Customer Service went above & beyond when i spoke to her. I had an issue with a gift card which due to having family issues to deal with - had recently expired. Chloe went above & beyond & updated my card for another year & also issued me with a letter to prove the steps she had taken to rectify my issue. If Mitchells & Butlers issue a Star Employee Award Chloe should be 1st in line. Thank you so much Chloe, wish i could give u more than 5 star **********

The statement below refers to THE TURNPIKE AT SOUNDWELL ROAD BRISTOL.Absolutely shocking tables filthy the cutlery containers at the bottom disgusting tables not cleared away after use furniture slashed no serviettes on the tables thr place should be condemned.

Josh and the staff made us feel very…

Josh and the staff made us feel very welcome the food was great. The fire was on and The White Horse was very welcoming. We rebooked for Sunday with all the parents and also tried to get in Christmas Day. The staff were happy to take my number and if they had a cancellation would let me know. Overall we had excellent service, good food and a welcoming place and staff. Thank you.

Had a M&B gift card which was almost expire, the Customer Service team in Birmingham couldn’t be more help. Extended my card for another six months, thank you. Great Customer Service.

Refuse the Union Flag and pay the price.

This company will not allow a person into any of their pubs with a Flag of St. George or our Union Flag.Unbelievable and I remember when I used to dring at The swan or The Yew Tree, Yardley, M & B were a Proper Patriotic Company.

Poor service...never again !!

Poor service, yet one of there places Harvester..Food shocking, burned salmon...I had to eat & and my friend had to eat alone.No discount off the bill.And the manager done nothing nor did the customer service at Mitchell's & Butchers done nothing

Horrible working conditions …

I worked at harvester in Reading for over a year, and it was by far the most toxic and distressing workplace I've ever experienced. The management at the time, created a hostile environment that was especially harmful to female staff. Many of us were subjected to verbal harassment, intimidation, and degrading treatment. There was a clear pattern of misogyny and abuse of power — including being forced to do personal tasks unrelated to our job roles.This workplace left a lasting emotional impact on me and others. While it’s been years since I left, I felt it was important to speak up in case nothing has changed. I hope the company has addressed these issues and that no current employees are going through what we experienced. If you're considering working here, I urge you to ask questions about staff treatment and management practices. Everyone deserves a safe and respectful workplace.
