I got more crab than I ordered. When I rinsed them off all were very lively. When I finally made gumbo, I haven't been able to make since leaving the gulf coast 40 years ago. The meat was so sweet and savory it was like relivingy childhood on mobile bay. Thanks guys & gals.
The crabs were very good and the delivery time was excellent, just as we were planning for! The crabs were received via UPS and unfortunately it appears that due to improper handling, the box was most likely dropped and the complete inner foam packaging was cracked which allowed liquid to saturate the box and ultimately leak out. Certainly no fault of crab dynasty, most likely UPS. Fortunately we were home to receive the delivery although if we were not, being that the package was left outside on a hot day it could’ve been a problem. Ultimately the crabs were delicious and we would certainly order again and are looking forward to our next purchase!
