Overall the experience was excellent and the crabs were the delicious. I had paid for a monogram crab hammer which was blank and on the day of the delivery there was a confusion in the emails , stating that the crabs would not be delivered that day. But they were delivered 3 hours earlier then quoted. We will definitely order from your company again.
They completely BOTCHED my last order. I asked for one set of crabs with NO seasoning (just beer), and another set of crabs with LIGHT seasoning. They simply DUMPED extra heavy seasoning on Everything and paid NO mind to my order notes whatsoever. While the crabs were GOOD, I did not like having to WASH off seasoning that shouldn't have been there to begin with. I THOUGHT about ordering more crabs for my Dad ( who has high blood pressure) for Father's Day but decided against it after this incident where they JUST DROWNED the crabs is excessive salty seasoning if you truly need LIGHT seasoning, please ask for NO seasoning because this place SMOTHERS the crabs in much SALT and "seasoning" that you can't even taste CRAB unless you WASH them off. Last order was BAD because they didn't care about my seasoning instructions and didn't bother to Separate the orders, so the "no seasoning" order was DROWNED in SALT from the other crabs in the shipment. A less tan "stellar' experience.
