I never got my crabs. They were stalled shipping in Maryland and then destroyed by ups a week later never making it to my house. Tried reaching out and have yet to get an email back wouldn’t recommend.Took them a little while but they replied back very professional and are mailing new crabs hope it works out.
I was very pleased with the blue claw crabs I received they were full, tasty,everything that you said about your product I received was as promised. The thing I liked best was that you are consistent delicious where other companies offering the same product are not. I would like the price to be lower as I am on a fixed income but when I’m able I try to order.
Ordered a bushel of jumbo males. Only reason rating isn't 5 stars is per customer service, something happened that caused my package to being re-boxed by UPS. It was not their packaging that was advertised. Will probably never know what happened. The crabs where great. I will try again. I hope the shipping issue was a fluke.
Ordered frozen soft shell crabs,they arrived on time but thawed out. Called company, they sent replacement order and was supposed to put extra dry ice in shipment They arrived on time, but 2crabs had defrosted. There was no extra dry ice. I live in Florida and it is hot also on end of us delivery. Service was great ,would have given them a 5 if extra dry ice was added and all crabs were frozen upon delivery
