Review Time
We felt that many of the crabs were dried out this time. They were much fresher all the other times we ordered. Was definately disappointed. Also the foam cooler inside the cardboard box was crushed on the sides. Had to clean pieces of foam off the crabs.
After placing my first order on this website, i never received my crabs that i ordered. No refund/credit towards another purchase has been sent either. Even after sending a flyer email to verify that my crabs will arrive overnight (which they replied nearly 10 minutes later). In result we had to cancel our crab boil, and now i am down nearly $450 with nothing to show for it. I have messages their sales email multiple times, nothing. Even replied to an email chain regarding shipping expectation dates (as mentioned above), with no reply either.... weird. I find it very unprofessional that these messages and phone calls (i was put on hold for nearly a half an hour, until i gave up). No follow up, whatsoever. If this website is a scam, then shame on me for falling for it. If this website is not a scam, i would not recommend giving this website your money and expecting a product.
The package took 70 hours to arrive despite using two-day shipping. As a result, everything was thawed out, including the two dozens soft shell crab and the jumbo scallops. The fresh shucked oysters are now questionable. Instead of dry ice, gel packs were used. At least one of them leaked all over the content. It was disgusting. I tried to reach out to customer service. The form on the website was nonresponsive. I used an email address listed on Google. That bounced back. I message using their Facebook group; that bounced too. All in all, not a great experience so far.
We had a seafood fiasco that only Crab Dynasty could support!Clams, soft shell crab, crab cakes, oysters and craw fish backed up with some fresh steelhead on the Traeger and a blackberry, peach cobbler.It was amazing thanks CD for making it happen! Great memories great seafood made!
