Even though we had an issue with the large male crabs that we ordered (overcooked) for delivery on July 3rd (rest of the order of swordfish, oysters, and shrimp were great). Customer service made it right and shipped another dozen of crabs.Crab Dynasty has really great products and we will definitely be ordering from them again.Thank you for your great customer service!
All though the crabs were nice size for colossal they all didn’t have the meat inside for their size. All were white bottom which is a sign of less meat. Would have preferred dirty bottom crabs for the meatiest crab. UPS loaded my order on the truck at 7am but wasn’t delivered until 5:30pm. Tracking the truck I saw the truck a couple blocks from my home 3 different times earlier in the day but I received my delivery at 5:30pm. The ice packs were partially melted probably from sitting on the truck for 10 hours in hot weather.
I ordered many items. Crab legs, coconut shrimp, breaded shrimp, frozen soft shell crab, fresh shrimp, breaded oysters etc….all items were great with one exception, I would advise making it known that the fresh gulf shrimp are dipped with tripoly….this stuff is nasty and makes the shrimp taste like bleach. The shrimp went from your box to the trash can. All other items were great!
