I was so thrilled to have come across this site. I found the company user friendly. The product was expedited quickly, within a couple of days. The product was delicious and reasonably priced. Now I can hardly wait to order again. I highly recommend this company, Crab Dynasty!
The blue crab were great and Customer services was great. We did have an issue with shipping but Heather was able to get things worked out. Unfortunately we could not get overnight delivery to our address by UPS and had to drive an hour and a half to pick up. If I would have known earlier would most likely of ordered from a company with FedEx as they deliver to our address overnight all the time.
received damaged crabs package was leaking ups was not able to deliver... it was a mess... called toll free number was told to refuse delivery sent proof of late delivery and reordered... they sent next package air and was not charged extra for that... amazed of there customer service to make it right....
