In 60 years of owning guns an ordering online there is always concern of being scam, after a month, I grew Nervous and contacted customer care in regards of my order, the reply to the custom order fit of my Smith & Wesson SD9 VE was taking extra time for correct fit in their craftsmanship,
I give this testimony to their craftsmanship and for the wait time of six weeks of the world class workmanship and material, I would wait eight weeks for Craft Holsters Products. I just received this item... Really impressed with the quality leather, great color, stitching is top notch, I was so upset the mags didn't seem to fit when I first tried to push them in the holder. Tight... That's expected so I spritzed the inside with the break in fluid. Re inserted the ill-fitting mags and left it overnight. That seemed to free things up but the mag on one side would hang while the other pulled out snug but not a problem. Here's the fix for my S&W M&P Shield single stack mags need to be inserted with the flat side of the heel in centered and the round side to the outside, this puts the hooks in the mag that grab the inside gun on the outside where the leather folds and is slightly shaped so to not hang. Retention screws will let you adjust the hold to avoid the mag slipping out. Once I got this resolved I just fidgeted with the mags in and out to where now everything fits snug not too tight and are easy to purposely remove and insert.
I ordered my holster on 10/08, I received my holster rig today 11/19 from UPS after 5 plus weeks (I think I created a delay when I added the mag holder to my order after the order was originally placed). Right out of the box I really had to work to stuff my pistol, with the Olight Baldr S light attached, in the holster. It is extremely stiff, and it really shrank up in transit. I'm going to wear it around and leave my pistol in the holster overnight. Right now, it is difficult to draw and replace my weapon. The boning of the holster doesn't have much detail. it is almost nonexistent, but the S&W M&P Shield 380 EZ isn't really detailed... nothing like a revolver. Overall, I am satisfied, the holster will loosen with wear. The workmanship is evident, the leather is top notch, I doubt I will need another holster for this weapon. However, I think I will buy another holster without the light attached after the holidays.
When I opened the box containing my new holster it was the Thank You Card that immediately caught my eye. This was my first Craft Holster, and I cannot say how impressed I am with the craftsmanship and thought that went into this holster. Please keep up the high-quality product at a fair price. And for making it personal!

This is for my Glock 30 .45 Auto. Not one holster in my closet serves all my carry needs. But this one applies to both concealed and ambi carry. As an ambi shooter, I appreciate the option in a single holster. I also have this same holster for a Ruger .357 Mag GP100 4.2" barrel. Both holsters conceal well, close to the body, with all day comfort under a loose shirt, even when both firearms are worn together, which I do sometimes when I'm plinking at the range. The weight of one or both firearms becomes virtually unnoticeable as long as you have a good stiff purpose-built belt. I have a number of Craft holsters for a variety of pistols and revolvers. These are well thought-out, ergonomic and durable pieces that will outlast me.
Worth the wait!!! Great customer service and high quality leather compared to the ones I bought elsewhere. Other shoulder holsters ruined my expensive clothes & sweaters. I don’t leave my firearm and mags inside a purse away from my body. The break-in kit will help fit your firearm inside the holster and you’ll need a larger size. I didn’t know what it is for so I got the tiny size but luckily I had leftover the one I got from Coach for my purse and used it on my Shoulder Holster. I always wear it open carry to stores/facilities allowing open carry and to the mountains. I will definitely order my future leather holsters for my next firearms from Craft Holsters.
