I have a severe gambling addiction, one that controls and ruins my life! On 11/18 I advised crashduel of that after losing every dime I had to my name and sent them a copy of my Ohio casino ban I signed! They stated that they take responsible gaming seriously and would immediately and permanently close my account. Well guess what, they didn’t do as stated (I have the emails to prove this) and then my addiction kept me playing. I won some at first and then lost all that and more to the point I had no money for food or anything. This would not have happened if they were a responsible business and close my account like they said they would. Instead they decided to not tell the truth and didn’t close my account so they could take more money from me even though they knew I was an addict and did not play for fun or entertainment. It took threats to get them to finally close my account and I begged them to just return some of the deposits on the last day 11/21 three days past the date they were aware of my addiction and were supposed to permanently close my account and they refused. Eventhough they know I am broke and have no money for food they still refused. Now I see why they didn’t do what they promised to do and kept my account open as they wanted to take the rest of the money I had! If you have been victimized like me:I suggest you write a review here and other places. Contact your state attorney general and file a complaint Dispute the charges with your bankFile a fraud report with the FTC. Oh by the way, you should also know this is a foreign owned business and no telling where the money they take from you actually goes! Please avoid this site and play at a reputable land based casino if you can gamble for entertainment and are not an addict like me Reply to their reply: the fact remains that I asked to be permanently banned due to addiction on 11/18 and even sent them a copy of my state casino ban. They promised to close account and didn’t which got me in this situation. They have my contact info and if they wanted to do the right thing and help me they would have reached out and done so! Instead they chose to keep the money that I need for food and rent and the whole thing seems to be by design! I reached out to them like the reply says but you and me both know they won’t do the right thing as they already had plenty of time to do so and don’t need me to contact them to issue a refund for deposits after the ban request!
Signed up for Crash Duel. Made a few purchases. I did win, and when I went and done the redemption, it states immediate disbursement!! This is straight up false advertising!! I did request a redemption, then I was informed it can take 5 business days. I even paid for the immediate disbursement!!

Update, since my earlier review, I have recieved my redemption and customer service stepped it up so for that thank n you and I also see that the immediate/instant redemption is no longer advertised so thats good honest stuff. 3 stars. Thanks for improving !Seemed like a fun and exciting platform and was until it was time for a redemption. Terrible customer service and when I joined and made deposits I was expecting only what they headline there. Instant and immediate redemptions. Lies, false advertisement, untrue! Then they tell me 2-5 days. Well day 5 and nothing still. All they say is Be Patient. Dont waste your time and money. There's better places to play
Contacted support that their first purchase coupon would not apply prior to making the purchase and asked if it applied automatically. No response for about 24 hours on the chat and there reply was "we are aware and will be fixing it shortly". A few weeks pass and I revisit the site, and nope. Still broken. In the terms and conditions it also states you must reach a TWENTY X rollover to cashout. A $20 purchase with that coupon would mean having to spin $800 worth of credit to cash out, if they actually are even legitimate in that sense. If the very first experience with the site followed double checking back weeks later still has the same issue this is not a trustworthy site and I don't plan on ever putting money into it.
