Update: The support team reached out to resolve the promotional issue without me asking. However, after buying another promotional package, again, no bonus was applied. The AI chatbot suggested reasons for this, but I’m unsure if I can use the original balance. It's disappointing to have to reach out multiple times. On a positive note, the site offers a detailed win/loss tracker, which is rare. I lost $110 out of $261 played, and my biggest win was just $10. This feature is nice, but the issues with purchases make me want to find a better place to play. I had a poor experience with a welcome package that promised a bonus but did not deliver. I lost everything quickly. It seems I'm not alone in this frustration. Good luck to anyone who decides to play here!
Nightmare of a website, this platform has setup their model to make it extremely difficult for the player to have any kind of winnings to cash out.Example you have 500SC. If you play 100 SC. Whatever is immediately redeemable from your winnings the website will force play that before they allow you to play thru the other 400 sc that are bought and unused. Meaning unless you hit over $100 win on a singular spin their model is setup to be predatory and make sure the player comes out with next to nothing if nothing. I’ve played several other platforms that are very fair and don’t take advantage of the players as this one does. I would reccommend pulsz, spinfinite, chumba, LuckyLand, all honest websites and for the player a fair opportunity. They are not predatory like this disturbingly awful website.
