Returns are not easy. There is no provided return address; you must contact customer service. They respond with automated emails and credit notes but fail to provide actual return instructions. There is no authentic Danish design; everything is sourced from China.
We purchased a Cordless Wall Art Light in Black / 40cm. While it was easy to mount and looked nice, it takes 4 hours to charge and only lasts 8 hours, not the advertised 12-20 hours! Unlike other cordless tools where you can buy a spare battery, this company doesn't sell additional lights separately, forcing me to buy another unit, leaving me with unnecessary brackets and cables. It's absurd!
I strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. The products are subpar—I have bought several, and three of them failed to work. Their refund policy is laughable. Customer service is dreadful; I still haven’t received replacements for the faulty items despite sending over a dozen emails.
Very disappointed – low quality and overpricedWe ordered two lamps from Creative Lighting, and both looked very different in real life compared to the pictures online. What appeared black in the photos turned out to be a grey/silver color. The craftsmanship is poor, and the materials feel cheap and flimsy. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Creative Lighting and will not order again.
