I wish I could give a zero rating

I wish I could give a zero rating. While applying for a loan, they refused to disclose my interest rate or payment plan until after all paperwork was signed and funds were in my account. How can I agree to a loan without knowing the interest rate or payment amounts? They wouldn’t even clarify if it was a monthly payment. What if the interest rate was 30% or higher? I'd be setting myself up for failure.
