I was with them from late July until October, but I couldn't take it any longer. Initially, they were good about communication, but then my credit score kept dropping, and accounts were closing. They could have worked on smaller accounts instead of giving creditors so much time. The company is friendly, but their communication needs significant improvement!
Anthony Hernandez is truly an expert in his field! He responds quickly and thoroughly explains how the service operates. I've tried four companies, but I wouldn't switch from this one! Please consider giving Anthony a Christmas bonus; he truly deserves it!
I had to withdraw my participation feeling that the service was not providing adequate support. I struggled to get assistance after voicing my concerns and could not access the client portal. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I faced ongoing issues. After paying for almost three months, I decided to back out. I'm questioning if I should receive a refund.
Tatyana has been great to work with. She Gives me updates all the time stay in touch. Great personality very helpful. I want to think Credo legal for giving her to me as my account manager. She is helping me through this process and everything seems to be working out fine.
I was grossly misled by Credo Legal and their affiliates. I was told that after completing my payments to them that my debt would be settled and my credit would be back to where it was near 750. After 6-7 months of payments and still receiving credit cards bills going much higher from fees and interest I tried to contact my representative at credo Legal. I called over 10 times and left messages. When I spoke with someone after a week of trying to contact them I was told that they would get back to me at a specific time appointment we had set. They didn’t contact me at all. Now I have been shifted to 3-4 different agents who have not been able to give me peace of mind or finalize restructuring of payments. I would love to know if and what percentage of clients actually get their debts invalidated. I really hope that I didn’t waste over $3,049 so far on a scam.
