I have ordered cleaning products, shoe laces and sneaker guards.All of those have been top notch products 5/5.Customer service is really awesome. They respond to emails very fast and even weekends!Definently i will be ordering in the future too!
Poor customer service! I tried to contact them regarding an msds to which they kept sending a link to the general product description page that i had already found on their website. They were rude and not helpful at all, i tried to explain to them after each email of them sending the same link that that was not a msds and therefore not what i was looking for. In the end, they refused to send it and continued being rude and unprofessional. that was enough for me so i bought another shoe protectant from jason markk, a brand that is more open with their product information and i am happy with it!
I had a little problem with some Crep guards. Emailed the customer service and they were very quick to respond and sort it for me with regular communication and updates, so much so that I would have no hesitation continuing to buy products from them as they made me feel like a valued customer. Would recommend 👍🏻😊
I purchased a six pack crates last year and placed it near the entrance of my house. They have been looking great with my Yeezys ever since. However, one of the crates was accidentally broken a few days ago, and one of its side panels was shattered. I didn't want to throw it away just because of that, so I contacted their customer support team via email. They responded promptly within a few hours and after confirming some basic information, they shipped the panel the next business day via UPS at no charge to me. I am extremely impressed by the great customer service I received, especially since it was mostly my fault. Thank you so much for the amazing product, and more importantly, amazing service!!!
Wonderful customer support! Had a major problem and got it resolved quickly and easily. The customer representative I was speaking to, Adam, was patient and going above and beyond to help get my issue fixed. This is by far one of the best customer support experiences i’ve had so far! As for the products, I got the ultimate gift pack. It it truly a bundle with a variety of products. I would recommend, 10/10!
