Review Time
I ordered €169.30 of products from crep. Unfortunately we were not in when the delivery was attempted. I was supposed to sign for the delivery so instead of taking it to a drop off point it was left on the doorstep in full view. I contacted crep about this and the customer service was terrible. I was told I must get video evidence from doorbell cams which wasn’t possible because no one has them facing my house. It was then apparently my fault for not contacting the delivery driver so I can change the delivery date. They told me a full investigation would be launched but after 8 weeks I’ve heard nothing. At least crep got there money though. In short I paid almost €170 for no products and the run around from customer service. The only thing I can review is the service as I haven’t got any products.
5 Stars every time. I order my product early Tuesday morning around 3 am and it was here less then 36 hours later. It’s usually here next day. It’s never been like my longer then 2 days. I’ve bought 2 bundles, 2 protect sprays, 2 deo sprays and some crease protectors in the last month. I love this brand and it will always be my go to brand from now on. I love it.
I ordered 7 comfort insoles from Crep protect but initially they sent 1.Then I contacted the Crep Protect team.The team quickly tried to address the issue(asked me for shipment details) and the issue got addressed.I want to thank Crep Protect for not neglecting their customers.
Do not buy from this company.After purchasing some insoles, I received no updates on my order for an entire week before following up with customer service, who told me that the item was not in stock.I was allowed to purchase this item, I was made to wait a week with no update on my order and had I not followed up with customer, they very likely would have kept my money and the product I ordered. Horrible.Avoid if you don't want to possibly get robbed.
Order was send within a day. Too bad one insole was damaged. Contacted customer service and I got a very quick respons back.They offered me new insoles or a refund of 50%. New insoles are on the way the next day.Thanks Crep Protect Support Team
Crept protect customer service is outstanding I purchased a foam cleaner a while ago but have only just got round to using it but the bottle or product wasn’t working right so I emailed crept protect and with out any hesitation have got a brand new one in the post free of charge the next day,person I was dealing with on email was very professional,I always use various crept protection items for my trainer collection and will continue too!
