Shocking.I bought one expensive product but have been deducted the amount twice .I have brought this to the attention of the company and have been told this as been refunded but on checking all my accounts nothing as been refunded.There are no telephone numbers for this company so there is no after sales just send email.
I recently gave a moderate review due to my pressure sprayer loosing pressure. I have now been informed that the problem was down to my fault for not following the cleansing regime required. The company has offered a free replacement which I am very grateful for as I will definitely use the product again
