I placed an order (#161428) on 14th September 2025 via the Crossbeats official website for a Lumex Cine Projector (₹12,999 + ₹1,999 international shipping).Despite multiple WhatsApp follow-ups (16th–24th September) and emails, the order was never shipped. Instead, I was suddenly asked to pay ₹5,400 extra for international shipping, even though I had already paid the website-listed ₹1,999.When I refused and requested order cancellation + refund on 18th September, the team kept giving me generic responses like “escalated to concerned team” or “shipment within 24–48 hrs”. Weeks have passed, yet neither shipment nor refund has happened.I have:Sent over 7 follow-up emails.Contacted support multiple times on WhatsApp.Been told contradictory things (refund vs. shipping).Received only copy-paste replies with no actual resolution.It has now been over 3 weeks, and my ₹14,348 remains stuck with Crossbeats.This experience shows:Zero accountability from the support team.No proactive communication – only replies when chased.False promises – shipment/refund timelines not honored.I had also shared a Pareto analysis of existing complaints (from Trustpilot, Reddit, Mouthshut, etc.), and the top issues are the same I faced: poor service, refund delays, and delivery issues.Crossbeats has not just failed to deliver a product – it has failed at basic customer trust.⚠️ My advice: Think twice before placing an order here, especially for international deliveries.
Extremely disappointed with crossbeatsIndia. Paid for Lumex Flix after speaking to their rep - no order ID, no invoice, no support. Just silence. Even my Insta comments are being deleted.This feels like a scam. I demand a full refund. Buyers, beware.
Worst company to buy anything from. Customer care is non existent. Poor quality cheap product and no after sale service. You will keep on sending them emails and WhatsApp messages but they will not reply. They also false advertise their products specifications. Please save your money and buy from any other brand apart from Crossbeats.
A hopeless and inward looking company with no proper customer care policies. Only interested in themselves. I ordered their ows earbuds which they had committed to deliver within 3 days. They sent an email confirming shipment with a blue dart tracking number. I waited till 6th that is today, referred to their website on their return policy, and requested for a refund. I have clearly mentioned that I will not be able to take delivery beyond 7th night as we are travelling for next 6 months.I have seen that they have a store on Amazon marketplace where they are even promising same day delivery. I even requested them to see if I could pay the difference and purchase from there. NO RESPONSE ON THIS REQUEST.They are not willing to honour their COMITTMENT OF REFUND IF DELAYED. I have requested my legal counsel to intervene and take up the matter WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AUTHORITY.PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SUCH COMPANIES
Warning: don't buy crossbeats products Crossbeats is a poor brand, they sell Chinese products in the name of made in india, major disappointment is the battery life. After full charge it last for 6-7 hours only. That means u need to remove the watch and charge every 7 hours. they advertise 15 days battery life. Chutiya ulooo banaya sabko. Useless simply waste audio quality. Calls are not clear. Music is not loud and clear. If you contact customer service, they will ask you to use premium phones" and "premium music apps" for better audio quality. What is premium have to do with this I don't understand. Rude customer service. I would give 0 star rating if I can. Unethical and rude.
