Our experience with Cross Ocean Travel was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, Rafay Bhai looked after us exceptionally well. Although we faced a few issues during the journey, Rafay stayed in constant contact with us, guided us at every step, and never let us feel stranded in stressful situations.
A special mention goes to how patiently and professionally he handled a major problem when the Swiss Hotel cancelled our booking at the last minute. Cross Ocean Travel immediately arranged an alternative internal hotel, which turned out to be very good. On top of that, they upgraded us with 5 nights at Makkah Tower Hotel, which was absolutely amazing.
The entire itinerary was well planned, accommodations were top-notch, and everything was managed smoothly. Their dedication, support, and customer care truly made our journey stress-free and memorable.
