Excellent experience with Cruise Azure parking.Drop off was very smooth, and collection this morning, even though we were late because of a serious gridlock delay getting off the Queen Victoria!Will definitely be using this service again when we need reliable port parking at Southampton. We cannot recommend this company anymore as we were accused of giving them a wrong number when they tried to contact us the day before our booking. We were told an email was sent but it was only received much later the day after. We were dumped at the roadside as we ended up getting a taxi to their yard. They phoned to say the driver was going to leave as there was a tight half hour window we were about to call to say we couldnt help being late as were delayed due to a road accident. All in all only good if you live relatively close and can guarantee your arrival.Not worth the bother otherwise. The number was correct but we were not aware they wanted to call us no missed calls on phone two numbers were given. Too busy too difficult and yes rude when this happened not our fault at all. One year we were early and had to wait for someone who was late before we could handover total shambles then. We booked online would not do again were told booking only taken as we were previous customers - what??? Clearly an error on their part and getting above themselves now. Shame.
