Shoes are secretly made to order. Take months to arrive. Look way worse in person. Oh and you can't return them.. well you can, but it costs $70 to do so. Bullshit scam e-commerce company.
I bought a pair of shoes from them the 24th of December 2025, for a wedding I had the 14th of February of 2026, the shoes never arrived. My mistake was not to read this Trustpilot reviews first. This company is heading directly and straight to closure if they don't deliver correctly. Where are my shoes?
SCAM - This company is a complete scam! I ordered over a month ago and when initially emailed I got a response that the products I ordered were “made to order” therefore would take 3 weeks to process. We’re now 5 weeks down the line and now my emails, instagram messages are getting ignored. Their customer service is appalling! DO NOT ORDER from this company.
