I subscribed for months and was stood up multiple times—technicians often missed the scheduled time window. One tech was decent, but most were unprofessional. Even after nearly a year, I still have wasps, stinkbugs and silverfishes issues.
They advertise quarterly service, but nothing happens unless you schedule it yourself. I never received a full professional inspection of my home; they only came when I personally found pests and called.
One technician didn’t show up at all and falsely marked the visit as completed in their system.
I canceled before the quarter ended and confirmed with both customer service and finance team that I owed "nothing". Months later, I received a bill anyway, which they claimed was undisputable due to their "billing cycle". This feels misleading and never-ending. I would not recommend this service.
This is undoubtedly the most disappointing pest control service I've encountered in Quebec. The negative experience starts with their customer support, where English speakers are treated poorly. Furthermore, the information regarding my issue was not effectively communicated to the technicians. A technician treated our home for roaches and bed bugs, leaving stains on the walls. When I addressed this, he suggested I speak to his manager. After calling, I was transferred multiple times and still did not receive a resolution, even after three months. Their service is lacking, and it’s evident that the technicians are dissatisfied with their jobs. Overall, customer service is inefficient, and the company is poorly managed with misguided priorities.
I had warned them I would share my thoughts on their significant negligence at the local branch, though I can't comment on others. I never agreed to a contract with them, yet they have placed me in collections for $40 despite my proof of a call where I paid $139 and received confirmation that our dealings were concluded. I dealt with one mouse issue, which ended up costing me hundreds. They put me in collections for $40 without any contract, even though I paid for their service. I’m unsure if they ever came out since I didn’t receive any communication after the second visit. This is outrageous—it's time for them to learn proper business practices!
This service is a complete letdown. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. The inspectors seem more like salespeople, and the technicians lack motivation. Neither the technician nor the inspector brought their own ladder. I had to supply one, and all they did was scatter a few glue traps at the attic entrance and a couple in the basement. Over three hundred dollars for such minimal effort! The inspector didn’t even enter the attic, claiming they would place traps strategically, but they did very little and left behind messes in my home. For my second initial visit, the technician didn’t schedule an appointment properly; I received a notification just 30 minutes before his arrival, forcing me to leave work. He only caught three mice in the basement. I decided to cancel my service, still hearing noises in my attic, unwilling to pay $60 a month for ineffective help. I requested a refund and a call from the management but received nothing. Despite calling three times for a callback, I was ignored, and I only learned that my refund request was denied after following up with customer service.
Had an appointment set up for Dec. 8 th 2025 between 8-10 am for our annual Multi Point Home Inspection. No one showed up. Later that day received a text stating that I had an Appointment on Dec. 12 th between 8-10 am. No one showed up. Called Terminix and was told that a Cedric Johnson would be out on Dec. 15 th between 8-10 am. No one showed up. On hold as I type this awaiting an answer as to what is going on and why I am being jerked around like this.
If I could give zero stars I would. They charged me 6 months after I sold my parents home in Florida even though I called and cancelled the service. These people are dirtbags and cannot be trusted. If you want your money stolen, use these guys.
Terrible service. We have a warranty and they are supposed to inspect every year. Not once in ten years have they showed up when they were supposed to the first time first time. Today is no exception this is there second attempt service window 1 to 3pm. Had to call them at 230pm. They said they would call the tech and he would text me with an eta. 318 pm no text. If we could move to another company we would but that would be thousands of dollars because the new company will have to remediate the whole house before they would give us a warranty. We know that as the company, cooper, told us that they said they cannot assume the risk of another companies work, which is understandable.
Don't ever use this company! What should have been straightforward turned into a confusing, exhausting mess that I’m still trying to sort out.I reached out to Terminix for one issue, expecting clarity and support, not a surprise $1,800 contract I never agreed to. No one mentioned it, no one asked, and yet there it was on my account as if my consent didn’t matter at all.What makes it almost surreal is that they also enrolled me in mosquito control—in November, in New Jersey, when even the mosquitoes have packed up and gone home. Then came the moment I walked outside and saw they had sprayed my organic garden with chemicals. No warning, no conversation, no chance for me to protect the space I’ve nurtured. And despite all of that, they still didn’t treat the actual problem I called for.They promised to return in two weeks for a follow-up. Instead, they pushed it out an entire month, leaving the original issue untouched. Every attempt to get answers or even a sliver of accountability has only drained more of my time. I’ve spent more than five hours on the phone begging them to fix their mistake—cancel the contract I never signed, refund the money they never should have taken, and make things right.I wish the worst part was the hassle. But the truth is, the real blow is knowing I still need to hire someone else to actually solve the problem they ignored.If I could give zero stars, I would. This was careless, dishonest, and deeply frustrating from start to finish.
