8 months and No Order

8 months and no order. Initially it was bc "postal workers were on a strike". Now 8 months later still nothing - it's a little sticker. No excuses. And they won't issue a refund bc it's "custom". Give me a break. SCAM.

DONT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING

Paid for express shipping and it took over a week to get here. I reached out to the customer service department for a refund on the shipping via email four separate times and they never got back to me. There is no number to contact, and obviously there is no-one monitoring the customer service email.
